# Creator Program Terms Every verified Sleepy Hello customer account receives one permanent Share & Earn link at /c/. No purchase or staff approval is required to receive or share the link. The member may claim an available custom link name without changing the account or its existing economic records. For an ordinary member, an eligible new customer's first purchase of at least US$50 in eligible net merchandise awards 2,000 Moonbeams to the member and 2,000 Moonbeams to the new customer. These rewards mature 33 days after confirmation of the qualifying order and become available after maturation and any applicable hold is cleared. Returns, refunds, chargebacks, or ineligible activity can reverse them. Later purchases do not create additional ordinary-member referral rewards. At 100 Moonbeams per US$1, each reward is US$20 of future discount value, not cash or a discount on the qualifying first order. Redemption begins at 100 available Moonbeams and cannot be combined with a discount code. Pending or held points cannot be redeemed. The Moonbeams Rewards Terms explain other earning, tier, birthday, expiry, and redemption conditions. Cash commission requires a Creator Program application and manual approval by Sleepy Hello. An approved affiliate receives exactly 10% of a referred customer's eligible first purchase and 3% of that customer's eligible later purchases. The qualifying first purchase permanently records the original affiliate relationship. Later eligible purchases remain assigned to that same original affiliate while the affiliate remains approved and eligible, even if the original share link is later inactive. These are the program's exact rates, not custom or prospective tier rates. Creators must provide accurate identity, contact, tax, invoice, and payment information requested by Sleepy Hello and make clear, conspicuous disclosures wherever a commercial relationship exists. Sleepy Hello handles creator payouts manually. Eligible cash is paid only after the recorded earnings have matured, payment details have been confirmed, and the payout has been approved. Sleepy Hello records the payment date and reference and may attach an invoice, receipt, or other payment proof. Creators remain responsible for their own tax obligations. These terms apply prospectively from their effective date. Earlier accepted versions and the rule version fixed for a qualifying action remain part of that action's history; this update does not recalculate previously recorded rewards or change the affiliate cash rates above. Economic records are append-only. Returns, refunds, chargebacks, fraud adjustments, payout reconciliation, and hold release can create visible compensating entries and continue while new earning, redemption, or payout activity is paused. Personal information is minimized and may be de-linked from retained non-identifying financial records when legally supportable.

# Creator Campaign Participation Terms Each campaign states its platform, format, deliverables, disclosure, reward, seat count, and deadline before application. Acceptance is campaign-specific. Gifts and fees become obligations only through the recorded campaign workflow, and missed or ineligible submissions can be reviewed and appealed under the published campaign rules. Creators must preserve disclosure evidence and submit only content they own or are authorized to license. Campaign approval, fee creation, and later payout remain separate audited decisions. # Campaign UGC License The creator retains ownership of submitted content and grants Sleepy Hello a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, distribute, display, and use approved campaign content in commerce and marketing, subject to the accepted campaign version and final counsel-approved territory and moral-rights treatment. Rejected or unapproved content is not licensed for campaign use merely because it was uploaded.
