Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work — simply and without fine-print games.

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging — skincare is a hygiene-sensitive product, so we can't restock anything that's been opened.

Email hey@sleepyhello.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you instructions. Please don't ship anything back before hearing from us — in many cases we can resolve the issue without a return shipment.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5-10 business days of approval. We'll keep you updated by email at each step.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — and you won't pay a cent. In most cases you won't need to return the item.

We don't offer direct exchanges — international shipping makes them slower than the alternative. Instead, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for what you'd like. If the swap is due to our error, contact us and we'll cover it.

If the return is our fault — damaged, defective, or incorrect items — everything is on us. For other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we'll confirm the destination and details with you first.

Not sure whether your item qualifies? Email hey@sleepyhello.com — we're happy to check before you do anything.
