By visiting sleepyhello.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully — if you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.

We work to describe every product accurately, but colors, packaging, and formulations can change as brands update them, and product images may differ slightly from what arrives. Products are authentic Korean market versions and packaging may be printed in Korean.

Prices are displayed in the shopping currency selected on the site (USD, CAD, AUD, EUR or JPY). Checkout shows the currency and total before you pay. Prices, promotions, and availability can change at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel affected orders and will refund you in full.

Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where we suspect fraud, an ordering error, or stock is unavailable — and will refund anything already charged.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping timelines, destinations, and delivery details are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, including the 30-day return window for unopened items.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Keep your email address current so order and security notifications reach you. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and shopping activity, and Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. On a browser without saved privacy choices, analytics and advertising begin automatically without an acceptance click or tracking popup. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe the information involved. You can turn either off in Cookie Settings; saved refusals are preserved and Global Privacy Control turns advertising off.

These initial settings are not recorded as your affirmative consent. Accepting these Terms does not replace a privacy choice or waive any rights you have under applicable privacy law. Marketing email subscriptions require a separate opt-in.

When you submit content to the site, such as a product review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share it in connection with our store. Don't submit anything unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive. We moderate submitted content and may decline or remove it at our discretion.

Product descriptions, routine guides, and FAQ content are provided for general information about cosmetic products. They are not medical advice and are no substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Always read labels, patch test new products, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind not expressly stated in these Terms, and our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable consumer-protection law grants you and that cannot be waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and Sleepy Hello for your use of the store, and our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
