How do I join?
Create a Sleepy Hello account and verify your email to activate your wallet. Your starting tier is Dreamer.
When can I spend my points?
Start redeeming when you have 100 available Moonbeams. Purchase rewards become available after 33 days and referral rewards after 33 days, once any required review is complete. Activities have their own eligibility checks; reviews and receipts require approval. Only available points can be spent.
How does sharing with a friend work?
Give $20, get $20. Send your referral link to a new customer. $50+ eligible first order required. Both rewards become available after 33 days, once any required review is complete. Reward value is in USD for a future eligible purchase, not cash or a discount on the first order. Approved creators and affiliates earn cash commission under a separate program instead of the ordinary member’s referral reward.
How do I earn for sharing my routine?
Publish your first eligible routine to earn 200 Moonbeams. Add a name of at least 3 characters, at least 2 products, and a combined 40 characters of description or step notes. Choose to make the routine public. This reward is available once; republishing does not earn it again.
Do my Moonbeams expire?
Your wallet stays active when you earn, redeem, or sign in. Points can expire after 365 days without activity. We send reminders before expiry; a one-time restoration may be available when you sign in during the following 90 days.
How do birthday rewards work?
Save your birthday in your account at least 30 days ahead of the date. Your tier determines your annual birthday treat; see your account and the program terms for eligibility.
How do higher tiers work?
You earn rewards from Dreamer with no qualifying spend. Higher tiers use your eligible net merchandise spend over a rolling 12 months. Your new earning rate applies to future eligible orders after qualification. Only move up when it suits your routine.

Stargazer now requires US$350 and Luminary US$650 in eligible spend over a rolling 12 months. Earn rates remain 7% and 10%. Existing earned tiers retain their current qualification period.

Dreamer, Stargazer and Luminary now earn 5%, 7% and 10% in Moonbeams on eligible purchases, qualifying at $0, $150 and $500 of rolling twelve-month spend. Birthday rewards are 500, 1,000 and 1,500 Moonbeams. Qualifying new-customer referrals earn 2,000 Moonbeams for each ordinary member and friend after a $50 eligible first order. New purchase and referral rewards become available after 33 days. A member's first qualifying published routine earns 200 Moonbeams. One hundred Moonbeams remains $1, with redemption from 100 available Moonbeams. Earlier earned rewards retain their recorded terms.
