# Moonbeams Rewards Terms Moonbeams are rewards points for discounts on future eligible Sleepy Hello purchases, not cash. 100 Moonbeams equal US$1 of discount value. The minimum redemption is 100 available Moonbeams (US$1). Redemption applies to eligible merchandise, not tax, shipping, or gift cards, and cannot be combined with a discount code on the same order. The wallet shows pending and available balances separately. Pending or held points cannot be redeemed. Membership has three tiers based on eligible spend over the preceding 12 months. Dreamer is free to join and earns 5% in Moonbeams; Stargazer requires US$350 and earns 7%; Luminary requires US$650 and earns 10%. These rates mean future discount value on eligible net merchandise spend, after discounts and redeemed points, excluding tax, shipping, and gift cards. Returns and refunds can reduce qualifying spend. An eligible birthday earns 500 Moonbeams for Dreamer, 1,000 for Stargazer, or 1,500 for Luminary, once per year, using the saved birthday and qualifying tier. The birthday must have been saved and unchanged for at least 30 days before the award. Eligible purchase and referral points have a 33-day maturation period measured from the confirmation of the qualifying order. They become available after maturation and any applicable hold is cleared; returns, refunds, chargebacks, or ineligible activity can reverse them. Seeing pending points does not make them spendable. For an ordinary member's qualifying referral, an eligible new customer's first purchase of at least US$50 in eligible net merchandise earns 2,000 Moonbeams (US$20 future discount value) for the member and 2,000 for the new customer. Both rewards follow the 33-day maturation period. The friend must use an eligible Share & Earn referral, and later purchases do not repeat these ordinary-member referral rewards. This is a reward after the qualifying purchase, not US$20 off that first order. Approved affiliate cash commissions follow the separate Creator Program Terms. A verified account can earn 100 Moonbeams once in its lifetime for saving a qualifying routine: a name of at least three characters and at least two routine products. Publishing a qualifying routine on Sleepy Hello earns a separate 200 Moonbeams once in the account's lifetime. Publication requires those completion details, at least 40 characters across the description and product notes, public sharing enabled, and confirmation that the member is at least 16. If both milestones are newly eligible, one save can earn both rewards. Copying a link, opening a share dialog, editing, unsharing, deleting, or republishing does not reset a previously earned milestone. Eligible reviews, other routine activity, and approved external receipts use the amounts, limits, and approval requirements displayed for each action. Participation requires truthful identity and activity information. Self-referral, duplicated identities, code guessing, manipulated receipts, fabricated engagement, and other abuse are not eligible. Automated risk signals are advisory; an adverse decision can be reviewed and appealed. Earning and redemption remain subject to program availability and the qualifying action's recorded rule version. These terms apply prospectively from their effective date; they do not rewrite previously recorded earnings, accepted terms, or completed redemptions. Eligible matured Moonbeams expire after 365 days without qualifying activity, following the disclosed warning schedule and one-time grace-restoration policy. Economic records are append-only. Returns, refunds, chargebacks, fraud adjustments, payout reconciliation, and hold release can create visible compensating entries and continue while new earning, redemption, or payout activity is paused. Personal information is minimized and may be de-linked from retained non-identifying financial records when legally supportable.
