At its center is a 5% Vita Retinal Complex comprising a triple-coated retinal liposome enhanced with vitamins C and E. The 5% refers to the named complex, not retinal itself; the formula contains approximately 500 ppm retinal and approximately 100 ppm pure vitamin C as ascorbic acid. The complex supports visible line care, while pure vitamin C and niacinamide help brighten the eye area and even the look of tone. Caffeine helps visibly reduce puffiness and refresh tired-looking eyes.

The texture is lightweight and fast-absorbing, without a heavy after-feel, and no fragrance is added. The airless tube is designed to minimize the entry of outside air and includes a fingertip-style applicator. Although created for the eye area, the cream can also provide targeted wrinkle or brightening care on the nasolabial folds and neck.
