Does it exfoliate as well as cleanse?

Yes. The thick paste contains small granules, including two kinds of scrub granules, that provide physical exfoliation as the formula cleanses.

What are the cleanser's texture and lather like?

It has a thick, dense paste texture with small granules. It builds dense, elastic foam and rinses to a very clean finish without an oily residue.

Can the skin feel dry after rinsing?

It can. The especially clean-feeling rinse may leave some skin feeling somewhat dry after washing.

Which skin types is this cleanser listed for?

It is listed for all skin types. That broad listing is not a guarantee of fit, and the clean finish may feel drying for some.

Is this cleanser fragranced?

Yes. Fragrance appears in the ingredient declaration, and the cleanser has been described as having a faint, fresh scent.

How should I lather, apply and remove the cleanser?

Dispense an appropriate amount into wet hands and work it into a full lather. Gently massage the foam over your face, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm or warm water.

Does the formula contain sodium bicarbonate and rice bran?

Yes. The published ingredient information includes both sodium bicarbonate and rice bran.
