How do I use the two steps, and which one goes first?

Use Reedle Shot 100 first. In the evening after cleansing, spread Step 1 over bare skin with a massaging motion. Once it has absorbed, peel the films from the Step 2 mask and fit the upper and lower sections to your face.

How long should I leave the hydrogel mask on?

For standard care, leave it on for about 20–40 minutes and then remove it. For extended care, you may wear it for 2–3 hours before removal.

What should I do with the essence left after removing the mask?

Gently pat the remaining essence into your skin.

Does the Reedle Shot step feel tingly or prickly?

A prickling or tingling sensation can occur while Step 1 is absorbing.

Why does the hydrogel mask become thinner and clearer?

The concentrated ampoule is formed into a hydrogel sheet. As you wear it, the initially opaque mask becomes thinner and more transparent through both absorption and evaporation; the change varies with your skin’s condition.

What is included in the one-mask and four-mask options?

The one-mask option contains one complete treatment with 1.5 g of Step 1 and 33 g of Step 2. The four-mask option contains four complete treatments in the same individual configuration.

Can the hydrogel sheet be reused?

No. The hydrogel mask is disposable and should be used only once.

Which brightening and hydration-focused ingredients are included?

Both steps declare niacinamide, ascorbic acid, glutathione, sodium hyaluronate, Centella asiatica extract and silica. Panthenol is included in the Step 2 hydrogel mask.
