Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream: a researched review
Updated September 8, 2026
Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream is worth considering if you want a substantial moisturizer for dry areas of your face and body, in a larger pack than many face creams. The important buying detail now is the version: the familiar 200 ml cream and the current 230 ml listing do not show the same ingredient list.
Our recommendation is conditional on that check. The cream makes sense as a moisture-focused purchase when its exact formula fits your preferences. It is less convincing if you're buying it mainly because an old review promises a perfectly matte finish, or because “ceramide” sounds like a guarantee that it will fix irritation.
This review uses current product information and published accounts checked on September 8, 2026. We haven't tested the cream on skin, measured its performance or combined customer ratings into a score.
First, identify the cream you're buying
At this check, gives ingredient lists for Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream. Those lists include hydroxypropyl bispalmitamide MEA, identified as Ceramide PC-104, alongside glycerin, dimethicone, cholesterol, ceramide NP and botanical ingredients.
Meanwhile, Global AMORE MALL, AMOREPACIFIC's store, now titles its product 230 ml. Its list names cetyl hydroxyproline palmitamide and includes squalane and madecassoside, among other differences. The old “200ml” in that page's URL has not changed with the title.
That mismatch is a useful reminder: a search result or familiar link can outlast a formula update. Don't use the URL alone to identify the contents.
The cover here shows the packaging on our 200 ml Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream page. Its current ingredient list follows the PC-104 version. We discuss the 230 ml listing separately; we aren't assigning its squalane or madecassoside to the 200 ml cream.
If you're replacing a tube that worked well, compare your old box or ingredient photo with the seller's current list. A different list is a reason to investigate, not automatic evidence that a product is counterfeit or that the new formula is better.
What the formula can tell you
The useful feature is the whole moisturizing base. Glycerin, dimethicone and other emollient ingredients sit alongside the ceramide-related ingredients and cholesterol. This is a cream to assess for dryness and everyday application, rather than a single-ingredient treatment.
The AAD's dry-skin guidance generally favors creams or ointments over lotions when more moisture is needed, and includes glycerin and dimethicone among useful ingredients to look for. That supports considering this type of formula; it doesn't establish that Illiyoon outperforms every other cream.
Both cream lists checked omit Fragrance and Parfum. They still contain botanical ingredients, including rosemary leaf extract. An extract is not the same label entry as rosemary essential oil, but it remains an ingredient to notice if you've been advised to avoid it. Fragrance wording doesn't overrule a known personal trigger.
We also wouldn't rank the cream by counting ceramide names or comparing a rumored lipid ratio. An ingredient list cannot tell you everything about delivery, texture or finished-product performance. Small visible particles described in reviews aren't a way to measure how much useful ceramide your skin receives.
The finish is where reviews become interesting
Published accounts offer different answers to the question “Does it feel heavy?”
Geeky Posh's 2021 review described a thick cream that left a low-shine, comfortable finish and layered well. Its printed formula is older than the current lists above.
K Beauty Hobbit's 2022 review found it moisturizing but disliked the texture and small particles, and preferred using it at night. Nikki's 2025 comparison liked the cream for both morning and evening while explicitly anticipating a reformulation.
These are individual experiences with particular purchases, not contradictory lab results. They give you useful questions to take into your own decision: do you enjoy a dense cream, do you mind a textured application, and will you use it beneath sunscreen or mainly at night?
None of those accounts proves how the current 230 ml formula feels. We wouldn't turn them into a promise that today's cream is matte, never pills or works for every oily face. If a nearly weightless finish is your main requirement, compare other formats before committing to a large tube.
Cream, Soothing Gel or Lotion?
The names describe separate products, not three sizes of the same formula.
Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream is the purchase reviewed here. Its face-and-body directions make it relevant when you want one cream for dry cheeks, arms or legs, while still checking whether you enjoy spreading that texture over a larger area.
Ceramide Ato Soothing Gel is listed in 175 ml. Its current formula begins with water, propanediol, glycerin and squalane and differs substantially from the cream. It is a separate gel-format option to investigate if that application style appeals to you. It isn't simply the cream with less ceramide.
Ceramide Ato Lotion is listed in 350 ml, with its own formula and directions for dry face and body areas. Compare it if you prefer a lotion for routine body application. Don't transfer the cream reviews' texture descriptions or results to it.
For alternatives beyond Illiyoon, our Korean moisturizers for dry skin guide compares different cream finishes. There is no need to buy the gel and lotion as companions to make the cream a complete purchase.
What about the eczema seal and barrier claims?
The cream appears in the National Eczema Association's Seal of Acceptance directory. That listing has its own ingredient record, which also differs from Olive Young's 200 ml list. We haven't established that every regional version or older tube is covered by that record.
The directory itself tells people to identify ingredients that could trigger their allergies or irritation and to take suitability questions to a healthcare professional. A seal is useful information to investigate; it isn't a promise that you won't react or that a moisturizer replaces an eczema treatment plan.
Likewise, the hydration and barrier-recovery percentages found in product marketing don't give us enough reason to predict your results. This review doesn't verify a particular recovery timeline, compare competing creams in a trial or recommend using Illiyoon to manage a diagnosed condition.
If sensitivity is the main reason you're shopping, our sensitive-skin moisturizer comparison explains how to weigh fragrance wording, the full formula and known personal reactions together.
Use it where you need moisturizer
The cream directions describe spreading a generous amount over dry areas of the face and body. Use it in the moisturizer position after cleansing and any compatible leave-on products you already use. It doesn't require a matching toner or serum.
For body use, the AAD recommends applying moisturizer while skin is still damp after washing and again when it feels dry. On your face, keep any prescribed product instructions in place. During the day, follow your sunscreen directions; this cream supplies no labeled sun protection.
Before broader use, follow the AAD's small-area product check: use your normal amount on a small area twice daily for seven to ten days. Stop and wash it off if a reaction develops. This cannot guarantee future tolerance or substitute for medical allergy testing.
Notice application and wear separately. You might like it on dry body areas but prefer a different face moisturizer, or enjoy it at night without wanting it under makeup. Those narrower uses can still make a tube useful. Burning, stinging or a rash is a reason to stop, rather than evidence that a concentrated cream is working harder.
Is the large pack good value for you?
At the September 8 check, Sleepy Hello's 200 ml listing was $20, while Global AMORE MALL's 230 ml listing showed $24.99. Those are different listed formulas, so this isn't a like-for-like price contest. Offers, delivery charges and availability can change.
Think about where you would use it. A large tube can be practical for face and body care; for someone who only wants a little on their cheeks, its size may be less of an advantage. Don't assume opened skincare can be returned—check the seller's terms before using it.
The strongest reason to buy is straightforward: you want this kind of cream, have confirmed the formula you're receiving and expect to use a meaningful amount. If the label is still unclear, resolve that first. If dryness persists despite basic care, or moisturizers repeatedly sting, the AAD recommends getting professional advice. Another larger tube may not answer that problem.
The original 365 Cream suits dry, sensitive skin; Cream Plus is richer and Hydro Soothing is a light gel. Ceramides, fragrance, sizes and prices compared.
