How long should I leave it on, and what do I do afterward?

Leave the mask on for 20–30 minutes. Peel it off, then massage the remaining essence into your face.

Is this mask intended for dry or sensitive skin?

Yes. It is recommended for dry or dehydrated skin and for sensitive skin that feels irritated or looks visibly red.

What does the mask feel like on the skin?

It is a cool, essence-saturated hydrogel sheet rather than a cream or rinse-off mask. Its refreshing cooling sensation develops quickly and becomes more pronounced over time.

Besides cooling, what benefits does the mask provide?

It is designed to replenish moisture and soothe the look and sensation of flushed, visibly reddened skin.

Why might my box look different from the product photo?

The packaging design has been renewed without a change to the product contents or effectiveness, so either the previous or updated box may be supplied during the transition.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Hello, cool comfort. This essence-saturated hydrogel sheet gives your skin an immediate, refreshing cooling sensation on contact. The cool feeling develops quickly and becomes more noticeable over time, making it a welcome choice when your skin feels hot or looks flushed.

Cooling is only part of the story. The mask is made to replenish moisture and leave dry skin feeling moisturized, while helping to soothe the look and sensation of flushed, reddened skin. Its leave-on hydrogel format holds the essence against your face throughout your masking time.

A non-menthol cooling ingredient, Menthyl Diisopropyl Propionamide, gives the mask its defining fresh feel. Panthenol and Ceramide NP support moisture retention and barrier care, while Adenosine and Hydrolyzed Lupine Protein support elasticity, texture and a firmer-looking appearance.

The box contains five individually portioned masks, each with 27 g of product. It is especially suited to dry, dehydrated or sensitive skin that feels irritated or looks visibly red.
