The current 15-ingredient formula places propanediol, glycerin and betaine near the top. Panthenol and madecassoside support a comfort-focused formula, while green tea and Scutellaria root extracts add lightweight skin-conditioning ingredients. There is no added fragrance in the published list.
Choose it when skin feels tight, dry or easily overwhelmed after cleansing and you want a simple toner that layers without a rich finish. The pH 5.5 number describes the formula; it does not make the toner an exfoliant. Very reactive skin should still patch test, and one layer may feel sufficient for combination skin.
