2Remove the hydrogel mask from its pouch and peel away the protective film.
3Place the mask evenly over your face, aligning the eye openings. Either side may face your skin, so use whichever feels more comfortable.
4Leave the mask on for 20–30 minutes.
5Remove the mask and gently pat the remaining essence into your skin until absorbed. Do not rinse.
