What finish does it leave on the lips?

It leaves a sleek, glass-like gloss with a smooth water-layer finish.

Can I build the color from a light layer to a stronger look?

Yes. The tint is vivid and the glow becomes smoother and more radiant as you layer it. With #14 Dear Apple, one layer gives a cleaner look, while two to three layers create a moodier look with translucent glow.

How should I apply it without damaging the soft balm?

Twist up only a small amount, then apply lightly and gently along your lip line. Avoid exposing too much of the stick because the raised balm may break.

Is the balm fragranced, and what does it smell like?

Yes. It has a Valencia Peach scent.

Is this intended to moisturize as well as add color?

Yes. Its vegan lip oils are intended to nourish and moisturize, while its moisturizing film is designed to help limit moisture escape.

How should I store the balm?

Limit its exposure to strong light and avoid high temperatures or freezing. Prolonged strong light may alter the color.

Does a white pigment band mean the balm is defective?

No. A visible white pigment band can result from the heating and filling process and is not considered a product-quality defect.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Hello, color with a little cushion. Glasting Melting Balm is a soft, semi-solid tinted lip balm that brings vivid, buildable color and sleek, glass-like gloss to your lips. It pairs the color of a tint with the nourishing, moisturizing purpose of a balm.

The texture is soft and melting. It leaves a smooth water-layer finish, while each added layer makes the glow look smoother and more radiant. You can keep your color light or gently build it further.

Choose from six shades, beginning with #10 Nu Beige and ending with #15 Pecan Brew. For #14 Dear Apple, one layer creates a cleaner look, while two to three layers give the color a moodier look with translucent glow.

The formula’s vegan lip oils are intended to nourish and moisturize lips. A water-holding system is designed to form an elastic moisturizing film that helps limit moisture escape. A Valencia Peach scent adds the finishing touch.
