SKIN1004 builds its Madagascar Centella range around centella grown and extracted in Madagascar, and this ampoule is the fermented member of that family. The centella is cultured with lactobacillus before it is blended into the bottle, which is where the Probio half of the name comes from, and the brand lists that fermented filtrate first among the ingredients it highlights.

The liquid is milky rather than clear and sits between a watery essence and a light serum.
