ILLIYOON Ceramide Ato Soothing Gel is a 175ml face-and-body gel moisturiser for skin that feels warm, dry or easily unsettled. The cool, water-light texture spreads with more slip than a cream and leaves soft moisture without an added scent.
The current 2025 formula combines Ceramide NP, squalane, madecassoside and phytosphingosine with glycerin, betaine, plant oils and emollients. Ceramide NP appears at 104 ppm, an ingredient amount rather than a performance result. Together, the blend helps skin hold moisture and feel smoother, softer and less tight while keeping the texture easy to spread.
ILLIYOON's same-product test recorded an immediate 7.9°C fall in surface temperature after one use and a 180% increase in self-scored moisture. Most participants also described the finish as fresh and comfortable. Results are short-term and individual. Some exact-product shoppers still find the gel a little tacky or too light for very dry skin, so the amount and season matter.
Use it after water-based steps, taking a small amount from face to neck or anywhere on the body that needs light moisture. Press it in and add another touch only where skin still feels dry.
